• Prompt payment after the sale in any currency to any country in the world - we are extremely experienced at dealing with clients from outside the State, including organising special non-resident tax free accounts in co-operation with Bank of Ireland for overseas vendors.

Commission (subject to VAT at prevailing rate): 10% on lots bringing more than €5,000, 12½% on lots bringing €2,000 to €4,999, 15% on lots bringing €1,000 to €1999, and 20% on lots bringing less than€1,000. Minimum charge €100 per lot and €300 per auction. All risks insurance is arranged for all property while in our care or in transit to or from our premises and is charged at 1.5% of the hammer price or of the reserve if unsold. Photography is charged at €40 per picture (catalogue and on website) or €20 each (website only), plus VAT at the prevailing rate. No unsold or lotting charges except on lots where reserve exceeds the agreed pre-sale valuation. Valuations for purposes other than consignment to our auctions, e.g. for probate or insurance, are charged at 1% (plus VAT) of the value appraised, or €150 per hour per valuer, whichever is the greater, plus traveling and related expenses.
